I was then referred to Dr. Ferguson by a family friend, and what a contrast. From the moment I arrived, the office staff was professional, efficient, and fully prepared. They had all of my insurance information and prescriptions completed before my consultation even ended. Dr. Ferguson himself was warm, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to my concerns. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, yet felt far more informed and comfortable than I did after the much longer first consult.
Most importantly, Dr. Ferguson advised against an extraction that the other office had recommended. I truly felt he was acting in my best interest, whereas the first group seemed focused on unnecessary procedures.
A few weeks later, I chose to move forward with a gum graft with Dr. Ferguson, and it was a great experience from start to finish. He did such an excellent job numbing the area that I nearly fell asleep. I had two gum grafts completed in about 30 minutes, and the procedure went smoothly.
I will never go anywhere else for periodontal treatment. Dr. Ferguson is truly the best of the best, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking honest, skilled, and compassionate care.
