Shaylee Nielson is the Office Manager at Mountain View Periodontics in Ogden, bringing approximately eight years of experience in dentistry. She enjoys getting to know patients and helping make their experience feel more personal and less overwhelming, while also keeping things organised and supporting a smooth, positive environment for the team.

Shaylee is particularly proud of the hands-on medical training and certifications she has gained throughout her career, as well as the years she has spent learning dental office management from an experienced Office Manager with more than 25 years in the field.

Patients appreciate Shaylee for being friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. She takes the time to explain things clearly and answer questions without making patients feel rushed. When someone is nervous, she focuses on listening, keeping the conversation natural, and bringing a little humour into the experience when appropriate.

Outside of work, Shaylee enjoys spending time with her daughters, being outdoors, and finding plenty of reasons to laugh together.
