The first visit was a consultation, which they billed my insurance for. The second was a deep cleaning, which I expected to be charged for. The third was a follow-up check to see how my gums were healing and they billed for that too. I wasn't warned upfront that these visits would consume my annual maximum.
The real problem hit when I went to my regular hygienist for a routine cleaning 6 months later, only to be told my dental benefits were completely depleted and I would have to wait until next year. A simple routine cleaning, something I've always been able to get is now out of reach because of how aggressively this office billed my insurance in such a short window.
I strongly recommend asking this office for a full cost estimate and insurance breakdown BEFORE agreeing to any treatment plan. I wish someone had told me that.
From the moment I walked in, I felt truly cared for. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dentists and periodontists, and it left me with a hard time trusting anyone. But Dr. [Name] completely changed that for me. She is incredibly skilled, humble, honest, and genuinely friendly. She performed my tooth extraction, cleaned out an infection, and did a bone graft—and I was amazed that I had no swelling, hardly any bleeding, and healed so quickly.
Her staff is just as wonderful. I especially want to thank Cynthia, who showed genuine kindness when my phone stopped working and I couldn’t call an Uber. Even though the office was closing, she stayed with me until I got my ride home. I was humbled by her patience, friendliness, and compassion—it meant so much to me.
I have had to have two dental bone grafts done here, and I have to say that Dr. Hegde is exceptional! Her expertise and gentle approach made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. It’s clear that Dr. Hegde and her staff truly care about their patients’ well-being.
The office itself is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which only adds to the confidence I feel in their care.
