Lynette Quinlan is the Lead Assistant at the South Ogden location, bringing 23 years of experience in dentistry. She enjoys working closely with patients and assisting with surgical procedures, with a particular depth of experience in gingival graft procedures.

Lynette spent three years specialising in gingival graft procedures, working closely with a doctor to develop an efficient and well-coordinated surgical workflow. This experience has strengthened her understanding of the procedure and the importance of careful preparation and patient support.

Patients appreciate Lynette’s calm, gentle, and reassuring approach. She takes time to listen to concerns, explain what to expect, and help patients feel comfortable and welcome throughout their visit. For Lynette, it is important that every patient feels informed, cared for, and listened to.

Although she is new to MVPerio, Lynette says the team has already made her feel very welcome and that she has enjoyed making new friends. She is excited to be part of the team.

Outside of work, Lynette enjoys spending time in her vegetable and flower gardens, watching movies, and making memories with her granddaughter.
