Cynthia Rodriguez serves as the Office Manager for the Lehi and Herriman locations, bringing over 10 years of experience in dentistry. As a Certified Dental Assistant with BLS certification, she understands both the clinical and administrative sides of patient care, helping ensure that every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

Cynthia enjoys being part of helping patients achieve their oral health and smile goals, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-organized environment for both patients and staff. She is known for her friendly approach and attention to detail, always taking the time to answer questions so patients feel comfortable and confident about their treatment.

Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, cared for, and supported throughout their visit.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband, caring for her two dogs and three cockatiels, and staying busy with family life.
